Alan Lancaster

Alan Boyd Lancaster, 65, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at his residence. Born February 4, 1955 in Versailles, Kentucky to Ethel Barrick Lancaster, and the late Saint E. Lancaster. Alan was a member of Versailles Church of God.

Alan will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Debbie Fannin (Russell), Versailles, Kentucky, brothers, Phillip “Spanky” Lancaster (Donna), Versailles, Kentucky, Mark Lancaster (Annie), Burnside, Kentucky, Loren Lancaster (Linda), Versailles, Kentucky, Daniel “Joe” Lancaster (Donna), Frankfort, Kentucky, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Lancaster, and Louis Lancaster.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. Private funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home, a live webcast of the services will be available here on Alan's obituary page beginning at 1:30 pm on Friday, January 9, 2021. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Bobby Carney, Nathan Lancaster, Jonathan Fannin, Jason Fannin, Mark Lancaster Jr., and Joshua Lancaster. Honorary pallbearers will be Rodney Murphy, Keith Curry, Daniel Hamilton, Chase Hamilton, Noah Branham, Keith Branham, Jonah Branham, Russell Fannin, Carl Lay, and Mo & Tina at Fast Stop in Versailles.
