Alrenzo Marod Williams, age 32, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Services will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Les Whitlock officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Lovingly known as “Renzo,” he was born in Frankfort on July 28, 1989, to Almario Williams and Gwendolen Barnett Williams. He accepted Christ into his heart at an early age at First Corinthian Baptist Church. A true outdoorsman at heart, he earned the nickname “NatureBoi” by spending most of his free time fishing, hunting, or being in nature. He will be remembered as a loving father, son, brother, and husband.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Tonya Purvis Williams; children, Azavianna Williams, Jaylin Mulder, Abigail Purvis, and Alexis Moore; siblings, Azavic Williams, Azeno Williams, Brittnei Day, and Tiffney Harris; grandmothers, Ollie Marie Williams and Willetta Barnett; nieces and nephews; Trelyn Williams, Lyric Day, Alexis Coates, Shanell Lomax, Kingston Sykes, and Elijah Lomax; and by his godmother, Sharon Chambers. He was also blessed with his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many wonderful friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Eddie Young, Brandon Davis, Chris McGowan, Matt Mattingly, Zach Wilburn, Jordan Morgan, Weylin Barnett and Tristan Bean. Honorary pallbearers will be Marcus Penny, Shane Morgan, Matthew Melton, Patrick Melton, Tomias Rushin, Abigail Purvis, Cameron Jones, and Armon White.
