Ann Colyer

Ann B. Colyer, 84, widow of Richard Leigh Colyer, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021. A native of Frankfort, she was born on August 5, 1936 to the late James Henry and Geneva Emerson Barber. She worked for the Labor Cabinet and was a member of East Frankfort Baptist Church. Ann loved her great grandchildren. She enjoyed watching the Game Show Network, cooking, and working puzzles.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Tiffany (Jeffrey) Sizemore, Frankfort, Chris (Belinda) Jones, Frankfort, James Colyer Jr., Frankfort, and Missy Colyer, Frankfort; and her 11 (and one of the way) great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and her mother, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Kay Colyer; her son, James Leigh (Sandalyn) Colyer Sr.; her sister, Sue Taylor; and her brother, Sam Barber.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Brother Kyle McDanell officiating.
