Ann McQuillen

Frankfort – Ann Doris McQuillen, age 70, passed away at home on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Services will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Todd Lester officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Ms. McQuillen was born in Shelbyville on May 25, 1948, to the late Orville Kenneth and Ann Elizabeth Masters McQuillen. She retired from the Kentucky State Government Cabinet for Health & Family Services. She was a member of Highland Christian Church. She enjoyed reading, and as an avid fan, she especially enjoyed watching University of Kentucky sports. Above all, she was a proud aunt to her niece, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, whom she loved dearly.
She is survived by her siblings, Nancy Parker (Simeon) and Kathy Perry (Mike); niece and nephews, Kenneth Parker (Stacey), Keith Parker (Molly), Kelley Scott (beloved friend and nephew, Paul), Michael Perry (Kelly) and Patrick Perry (Stacy) and by great nieces and nephews, Alexis Perry, Sydney Scott, Sam Parker, Grace Parker, Kaitlyn Perry, Willow Parker, and Jacob Perry.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth Parker, Keith Parker, Michael Perry, Patrick Perry, Paul Scott, and Sam Parker. Honorary pallbearers will be Kelley Scott, Alexis Perry, Sydney Scott, Grace Parker, Kaitlyn Perry, Willow Parker, and Jacob Perry.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church, 495 Duckers Rd, Midway, KY 40347.
