Billie Bowers

Billie Miles Bowers, age 86, of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021 at The Willows of Harrodsburg. She was born December 23, 1934 in Versailles, Kentucky and she was the daughter of the late James Tucker and Katherine Blair. She was a lab technician at Jif Peanut Butter Factory in Lexington. She is survived by two sons, Dennis (Darlene) Bowers of Lawrenceburg, and Ronnie (Rhonda) Bowers of Lawrenceburg; two grandchildren, Julie and Ryan; three brothers, Joe Tucker, Danny Tucker, Charles Tucker; two sisters, Kathy Belcher and Bonnie Toles; and one special niece, Tina Tucker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Bowers; two brothers, Garnnett and James Oscar Jr. Tucker; and one sister, Zelma Carver. Visitation will be held, 10 AM - 12 PM, Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Kerr Brothers – Harrodsburg Road. Funeral services will be held 12 PM at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens in Frankfort. Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Road is in charge of services.
