Brenda Devers Jones

Brenda Faye Devers Jones, 69, of Lawrenceburg passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.  Born May 4, 1952 in Frankfort, KY, Brenda was the daughter of the late James Sterling Devers and Allene Marie Bowman Devers.

A former housekeeping supervisor for Best Western in Frankfort, Brenda was a member of Providence Baptist Church and currently attended North Fork Baptist Church in Frankfort.  One of her greatest enjoyments was crafting but her greatest love was her bond with her grandchildren and having her family together.

She is survived by her husband, Brackie C. Jones; children, Daphne Jones of Lawrenceburg, Cheryl Clark of Lexington, Erica Jones Davis of Lawrenceburg and Amanda Jones of Lawrenceburg; an adopted daughter, Laryssa Jones of Lawrenceburg; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and her siblings, Alice Jones of Georgetown, Sterling Devers of Frankfort, William (Sylvia) Devers of Frankfort, Charlene (Johnny) James of Frankfort, and Barry Devers of Georgetown.

Services will be held Monday, July 26th beginning at 12:30 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Jay Stratton officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be 1 – 8 PM Sunday and after 10 AM Monday.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brenda’s grandsons.
