Emma Moore

Emma Jane Moore, 83, widow of Herbert Moore, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020. She was born in Versailles on May 26, 1936 to the late Ray and Ora T. Southworth Clark. She retired from Texas Instruments and was a member of Springdale Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Thompson, Frankfort, and Barry Thompson, Lexington; her sisters, Darlene Clark, Frankfort, and Gloria Sanders, OH; her grandchildren, Heather Warman, Lexington, Ricky Thompson, LA, Jason Thompson, Versailles, Ashley Evans, Versailles, Christy Thompson, TN, and Angelia Witcher, IN, and Sara Pope, Lexington; and her 6 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Gary Thompson and Doug Thompson.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 1:00pm until 4:00pm on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
