Frankfort - Jeanie Darlene Barker Harris, age 65, passed away August 14, 2018. Services will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. David Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Monday, August 27, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Mrs. Harris was born in Versailles on August 4, 1953, to the late William Carroll Barker, Sr. and Katherine Jane Wilson Thomas. She retired as an administrative assistant from the Kentucky State Government Department of Unemployment. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Harris; children, grandchildren, and loving family members and friends.
