Linda Vice Cole

Linda Carol Vice Cole, 72, widow of Richard F. “Dick” Cole, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021. She was born in Mt Sterling on October 29, 1948 to Betty Calvert Vice and the late W.C. Vice. Linda was the former co-owner of Casual Living and Patio Center and was a member of Pinckard Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Mitchell, Georgetown; her son, Keith Mitchell, Versailles; her step-sons, Matt Cole, Versailles, and Andy Cole, Lexington; her sister, Lydia Abnee, Lexington; her brother, Carl Vice, Lexington; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

In addition to her father and her husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Zachary Mitchell.

Private service will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Dr. Rick Landon will be officiating. Serving as casketbearers will be Matt Cole, Andy Cole, Kevin Sexton, Keith Mitchell, Stephanie Mitchell, and Aaron Mitchell. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pinckard Baptist Church or Hospice Care of the Bluegrass.
