Lola was raised in the foothills of Menifee and Bath Counties, during horse and buggy days. She remembered her childhood during the depression.
She was a woman of integrity and strong will. She loved to draw and paint and read. We are blessed to have had such a mother, one that loved the Lord and relied upon Him in troubled times. In her last days, she would mumble to herself, I need to go to church, though due to her health, she has not been able to assemble for some time. We will miss you very much mom. Your love, your generous and kind heart. With fond memories, we say goodbye for now, and in the hope, we have in the Lord, see you later.
