Loraine died Sunday at her home. A native of Bossevain, VA, she was a homemaker and member of the Church of God on Highway 127.
She was preceded in death by her parents William Henry and Myrtle Lou Bailey Franklin, daughter Joi Adler and two sons, Rob W. and James Brown. Survivors include a daughter Barbara B. (Barry) Rucker, Lawrenceburg, brother Jimmy Franklin, Tazewell, VA and sister Marie Brumfield, Pembroke, VA; two grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
