FRANKFORT- Michael Cummins, 70, husband of Wanda Sue Cummins, died Friday, February 17, 2017. A native of Franklin County, Kentucky he was born on November 15, 1946 to the late Regis and Edith Bryant Cummins. Mr. Cummins retired from Bendix, a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of New Harvest Assembly of God. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Sara Cummins (Richard) Heydon, Frankfort and Rebecca Cummins Graves, TN; his step sons, Tim (Marlene) Phelps, TN, Tony (Jennifer) Phelps, Frankfort and Craig Phelps, Frankfort; his brothers, Leroy Cummins and Carl Cummins, both of Frankfort; and his grandchildren, Lane Graves, Rae Danielle Graves, Logan Heydon, Marisa, Emma, Abby and Macy Phelps, Tucker and Parker Phelps, Chloe and Cydney Phelps.
