Phyliss Swanagan Hagy

Phyliss Kaye Swanagan Hagy, 73, wife of Edmund Coleman Hagy, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021. She was born in Olive Hill on April 14, 1948 to the late Theadore and Etta Maye Bryant Swanagan. She was the manager for 44 years at the original Cliffside Restaurant. Phyliss was a member of Family Worship Center in Lawrenceburg.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Marye Ellen (Rev. James) Young, Salem; her sons, Ret. Sgt. Major Danny W. (Asako) Hagy, Vine Grove, and Del (James) Collins, Lawrenceburg; her 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and her loyal companion and fur baby, Paco.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Rev. Tony Andrade and Rev. Kenneth Green officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until the time of service on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Anderson County Humane Society or Alzheimer's
