Frankfort - Sara Ann Pickett Hutcherson, age 75, formerly of Frankfort, Kentucky passed away at home on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 in Proctorville, Ohio. Services for Mrs. Hutcherson will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. David Rayborn officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Mrs. Hutcherson was born in Franklin County on December 10, 1941 to the late Clarence and Elizabeth Sebree Bates Pickett. She was united in marriage to Onnie Lee Hutcherson, who also preceded her in death. She was retired from the Kentucky State Government.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Robin Hudson; her siblings, Richard Pickett and Betty Rearden.
She is survived by her daughter, Rita K. Brister and husband James, of Proctorville, Ohio; by her grandchildren, Andrea Perry and husband Jason, KC Jones and wife Tara, and Tonya Rogers; by her brothers, Steven Pickett and wife Sue and Roy Pickett and his wife Angie. She was also blessed with a host of great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Landon Clark, Kenny Gordon, KC Jones, Stephen Koroluk, John Russell Young and John Young.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home.
