Scott Sowash

Frankfort - Scott Allen Sowash, 49, passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. He was born on Hammond, IN on January 28, 1969 to Ruth (Terry) Rasberry and the late Glen Sowash. He was employed with Lowe's.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his longtime companion, Stephanie Turner, Frankfort; his god children, Hunter, Aliyah, and Jordan Houghlin; his sister, Susan "Shelly" Hood, Bowling Green; and his brother, Anthony (Georgette) Sowash, In.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clay Copeland and Rachael Townsend; and his paternal grandparents, Rossie and Bob Davis Sowash.
Scotty will be dearly missed. He was a fun loving and caring person who never met a stranger.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Bro. Jay Stratton will be officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be Robert "Bobby" Mefford, Josh Turner, Peter Quire, Brad Bowman, Tim Raider, and Jonathan Belcher. Serving as honorary casketbearers will be Lowe's Employees. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until 2:00pm on Monday at the funeral home.
