Sheila Vaughn

A limb has fallen from our family tree, Sheila Tay (Cummins) Vaughn, 54, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. Her life was cut short with a hard fought battle with cancer.
Sheila was the daughter of the late William (Buck) Cummins. She is survived by her mother, Wanda Wilhoite; 2 sons, Nicholas Tobitt and Douglas Smith Jr. (Amanda); daughter, Chasadie Tobitt; 5 sisters, Kim Cox Osborne (Brian), Dionne Moore, Amber Wilhoite, Pam Delk (Michael), and Amy Sanders (Jeremy); 7 grandchildren, whom she cherished dearly, Kaylee, Kayden, Kayson, Xylia, Landon, Aiden, and Lilly; special aunt, Ruth Wilhoite; as well as many special friends, family members, and nieces and nephews.
She was a member of Leestown Gospel Church.
We the family would like to thank you for all the kind expressions of love and gratitude of all prayers shown to us during this trying time. May God bless each and every one of you.
Visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Funeral service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday with Rev. Tim Jumpp officiating.
Sheila loved being surrounded by flowers. The family requests that you help us fill our chapel with flowers in her honor.
